All Goods dispatched within 48 hours of payment. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery. Orders over 100 GBP sent via EMS or UPS please allow 2-5 working days.

Please make sure you enter the right shipping address. we will not be responsible for re-shipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

You will Recieve Your Tracking number 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

If there is a delay you will be informed please log into your account to check your order status.

Returns and Refunds

We will not offer a full price refund on any Merchandise. If you purchase an item you can always exchange it for a different item but we will never offer you a full refund. To exchange your item you need to send it back to us within 4 days after you have received it. If we receive it after 4 days we will charge 25% of the merchandise price. If the merchandise has been worn/used we will only refund 50% of the merchandise price.

All goods returned are at the sender's expense. A refund of shipping costs and item costs will be made only if the return is a result of our error or if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return shipment to us.

We are not responsible for returned goods on which we need to pay any amount of money on collection. This may happen when on sending your unwanted goods, you declare the value of the goods to be over £100.00 GBP or US $200.00.

Please enclose a note with your return package indicating your name, details and order number so we will be able to process your returns without delays.

Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot provide a refund or replace earrings, headwear or items of body jewellery unless the return is a result of our error or if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty

For all merchandise sold by any sale such as Warehouse sales and X'mas and New Year Sales, we do not offer any refund and/or exchange.
